Evaluation

Thank you for holding an event in National Science Week 2010. Investigating the way that National Science Week events are run and are received by their audience really helps us to develop better and more successful events. Evaluation templates are produced for use by everyone who runs a National Science Week event.

If your event was for the general public please fill out this survey by 24 September 2010. Note: if your event was organised by a school, please complete the separate School Events Survey.

The survey is a pdf form and it needs to be opened with the latest version of the free Adobe Reader in order for the print, save and submit buttons to function.

Type your answers directly into the form. You can save the document at any time, allowing you to complete it in stages if needed. When the form is complete, press the submit button at the end of the form and it will be sent to us.

If you are using a Mac or a PC with Linux or you do not have the latest version of Adobe Reader, we recommend that you:

complete the form all at once (as the 'save' feature won't work for you)
print the form as a backup hard copy
submit the electronic form
