Brisbane - PLUNDER! The Lost World
Tyrannosaurus Rex, Triceratops and Stegosaurus are among the 14 dinosaurs roaming free around Brisbane for the massive Augmented Reality Jurassic Science Week experiment.
Look for the dinosaur footprint stickers on the ground around Brisbane’s City Botanic Gardens, QUT Gardens Point Campus and the Cultural Centre Precinct. Follow the steps to download the app so you can see Augmented Reality dinosaurs standing in the surroundings around you. You only see the dinosaurs by using a smart phone.
Competition:
Earn a chance to win a Bloggie video camera or one of two Sony cameras by going on the PLUNDER! the Lost World adventure.
To find the lost world of dinosaurs you must trek through National Science Week's Jurassic trail. Along the way you must pass two trials of daring and do.
First test: bag a dinosaur in the City Botanic Gardens, or QUT Gardens Point Campus or the Cultural Centre Precinct. Take a funny photo for the PLUNDER! The Lost World Flickr pool, or Facebook.
Stay tuned for your second test ...
